Orders
New Orders
To place a new order, send a message containing the following information to our staff:
- inmate name
- BOP identification number
- current housing unit
- the specific title(s) desired
- the maximum amount budgeted for each item
To pay for your order, please process a BP-199 and have it sent to our payment address located on our Payments page. We will not process orders until payment has been received. If you wish to pre-pay and maintain an account balance, we retain records based on your BOP number, and will draw upon any current balance when processing your order.
Order Tracking
If you have placed an order, but it seems to be taking longer than you expected to arrive, please be patient. We track all orders, and will notify our customers if an order is returned. If it has been more than thirty days since you were notified about your order being placed and you still have not received your title(s), notify our staff. We will attempt to determine the status of your title(s), and may contact the institution to facilitate delivery if such action is warranted.
Cancellations and Refunds
No refunds will be issued for any title(s) which has been delivered to the institution. Since we submit orders for processing without delay once payment is received, we are unable to cancel an order prior to, or during shipping. However, if a shipment is returned, we will process a refund in the form of an account credit that can be used for future purchases.
